Working with a UK transportation group that works across the manufacturing and service sectors, we developed Group synergies and collective collaboration across the sister companies, improved communication, team performance and engagement, and created a way of working that delivered the strategy and goals cascaded throughout the organisation. In addition, we supported and directed them through the COVID19 crisis.
Working with a UK home improvement supplier, we secured distribution for their products and brand in the US.
Following the success, we're now moving on to working with then on an ongoing basis to manage the US market and optimise sales throughout the territory.
An established US retailer in the craft sector was looking to expand into a new market. They connected with us to analyse a new country that was being considered for market entry and we were able to provide insight and recommendation as to whether to enter or not.
Our approach included drawing out the country dynamics and structure in what was a complex category.

We began working with a French home improvement digital retailer by recruiting a new team. We developed them and their pitch and this led to more than doubling the business in a 12 month period.
At the same time, we raised the visibility of the business in the sector so that it was a recognised brand in business circles.
We were engaged by a home improvement business in The Netherlands to develop and coach the senior team, and leadership team on new ways of working. As the project progressed, we helped the business focus and improve performance.
